Eighty Jewellers Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated September 15, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh.
We are part of the Anopchand Tilokchand Group — a well-known and established brand in the jewellery sector since many decades in and around Chhattisgarh. We are currently engaged as a master franchisee of Anopchand Tilokchand Jewellers Private Limited, trading in gold, silver, diamonds, platinum and luxury articles.
Our product portfolio includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, chains, necklaces, bangles, watches, luxury items and wedding jewellery — catering to high-end, mid-market and value market segments.

Company Incorporated
Eighty Jewellers Private Limited was incorporated on September 15, 2010 under the Companies Act, 1956 by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh.
Korba Store
Entered a sub-franchise agreement with M/s. Chhattisgarh Sales Corporation on April 7, 2014 to operate a showroom in Korba, Chhattisgarh under the Anopchand Tilokchand Jewellers brand.
Bilaspur Store
Opened our flagship showroom in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh — the company's primary retail presence and headquarters location. Near CMD Chowk, Link Road, Bilaspur.
Converted to Public Limited Company
Converted from private to public limited company on October 29, 2021. Signed a Master Franchise Agreement with Anopchand Tilokchand Jewellers Limited on November 30, 2021.
Listed on BSE SME Platform

Mr. Nitin Kumar Bardia
CFO & Whole-Time Director
Graduate from Pt. Ravishankar University, MBA from Middlesex University, London. ~20 years experience in diamonds and jewels. Leads business development, sales and finance functions. Member of Rotary Club of Raipur, Cosmopolitan.
Mr. Tilok Chand Bardia
Chief Operating Officer
The backbone of the company, entrusted with the most important decisions and overall business development. Associated with Lions Club since 1987, holding positions from Charter President to District Governor and Area Leader on Asia Team. Past President of Adishwar Jain Educational Society.
Mrs. Ankita Bardia
Non-Executive Director
B.Com graduate and jewellery designer. Handles administration and human resources. Founding member and former President of Samriddhi Foundation (2018–2022). Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
